It needs to be where people can mark a job request as private or public.

For example, if Christian sets up an ftp we may not want another member to see it. 
However, it might be good if everyone can see other job requests.

Also there needs to be an option where you can post a request to multiple recipients. 
For example, I could post my request and then select Mark, Deb, and Ryan.

Pending Requests - when a person logs in their pending requests show up in red.

Once they have read the request it turns yellow.  When a request has been completed and the person checks the "finished" box the pending request turns green.

So when someone logs in they see this:

You have 3 pending requests.   Read your requests / Post a request for someone else

They also see a list of everyone.  It might look like this.

You can then click on any of the names in the table to see the requests for that person.

If you click on your own name and see the requests waiting for you, you can then post a response if you want, or you can click a checkbox that says the request has been completed. 

When you post a request for someone it gives you the option to send them an email alerting them that their is a request waiting for them.  Sometimes you may not want to send an email.  You may want to just IM the person.

There also needs to be an option to upload a file.  For example, I may post a request to Mehmet for a new logo.  He could then upload the logo and click "finished".   There should be a paperclip icon show up in the table beside his name when it is finished.

You also need the option to send an email to the person when you have completed their request or not.
